Are there any extra charges on top of the quoted price?

All our prices include GST and are quoted upfront. The only extra charges are for items that cost us more to dispose of, or for services you request:

• Car Tyre + $50
• Truck Tyre + $70
• Mattress Single/Double + $80
• Mattress Queen/King + $100
• Tree Trunk/Stump (width over 600 mm) + $100
• Carpet and Underlay (per roll) + $100
• Process Permit for Customer: Lake Macquarie + $100
• Process Permit for Customer: City of Newcastle + $122

Let us know about any of these items when booking and there are no surprises.

• Dishonoured cheques will incur a fee.
• Undisclosed disposal of mattresses and/or tyres, and/or tree stumps more than 600 mm wide, and/or carpet/underlay found in the skip after collection, will incur a fee if they were not disclosed at time of booking.
• Over-loaded Skips will incur a non-pick-up fee
